In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of the sites and applications identified in section 2 is:

LUCUAL18 SL (hereinafter, L18) operates under the INFONITE trade name. Wherever the INFONITE name appears on these sites, the owner of the service is L18.
2. Sites this notice refers to
This legal notice applies to the sites and applications operated by L18:
- infonite.tech — corporate site, client portal and console.
- infonite.app — the data connection service screens (widgets) that open inside a client company's website.
- infonite.io — the technical interfaces (API) for client companies.
- infonite.dev — the technical documentation for developers.
Each service additionally has its own specific information — privacy policy, terms of use or service documents — provided on the site itself or at the moment of using it. This notice identifies the common owner of them all.
3. Purpose of the sites
INFONITE is a data aggregation platform: it allows a user, at their own request, to consult their data at official sources or at their service providers and deliver it to the company they hold a relationship with. The sites listed present the platform, support its use by client companies and host the technical documentation.
4. Terms of use
Access to the public sites is free of charge and requires no registration. Whoever accesses them undertakes to make diligent and lawful use of the sites and their contents, and not to carry out any action aimed at damaging them, overloading them, rendering them unusable or gaining unauthorised access to their systems or to third parties' data.
Access to the areas that require a user account (portal and console) is additionally governed by their own terms, accepted when activating the account.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of these sites — texts, design, code, logos and the INFONITE trademark — belong to L18 or are used with their owners' authorisation, and may not be reproduced or reused without permission, except in the cases the law allows.
Third-party trademarks and logos appearing on the sites — including those of the entities the platform can connect to and those of client companies — belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.
6. Links to third parties
The sites may contain links to third-party pages. L18 is not responsible for their contents or their practices; a link implies neither endorsement nor association.
7. Liability
L18 works to keep the sites available and their contents accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, L18 is not liable for damages arising from a use of the sites contrary to this notice.
8. Data protection
The information about the processing of personal data on each site is in its privacy policy, available on the site itself. For any data-protection matter: privacy@infonite.tech. To report a security vulnerability: security@infonite.tech.
9. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law.
