1. Who processes your data
LUCUAL18 SL (hereinafter, L18), owner and operator of the INFONITE platform, with Spanish tax ID (NIF) B88083563 and registered address at Avenida de los Voluntarios 114, 28260 Galapagar (Madrid), Spain.
For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights: privacy@infonite.tech.
2. What this policy covers, and what it does not
This policy refers only to visiting our corporate site, infonite.tech.
What this policy does NOT cover:
- The data connection service that opens inside a company's website (our widgets). That service has its own policy, specific to the kind of data being accessed, and it is shown to you at the moment you use it.
- The client portal and console, which require a user account: they have their own privacy information, provided when signing up.
- infonite.dev, our technical documentation for developers, which is hosted differently from this site.
- Third-party sites we link to.
3. What data we process, and what we do not
When you visit this site we ask you for no data. There is no sign-up and there is nothing to accept in order to read. The contact form does not send us information either: using it opens your own email application with the message already prepared, and it is you who decides whether to send it.
The only processing is what any visit to a web page technically generates:
- Connection data: your IP address, the browser and system you use, the page requested, and the date and time. They are recorded on our hosting provider's servers and are used to serve you the page, to keep it secure and to diagnose problems.
In addition, if you write to us at any of our contact addresses, we process the data you choose to include in that message, for the sole purpose of attending to you.
We use no analytics or tracking tools, neither our own nor third parties'. We build no browsing profiles, we measure no audiences and we share your activity with no advertising platforms.
4. Cookies and storage in your browser
We use no cookies. That is why you will see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What this site keeps in your browser are your appearance and language preferences (the light or dark theme, and the language you read the page in), so it looks the way you left it next time. They cannot identify you, they are not sent to us and they are not used to track you. You can remove them at any time by clearing the site's data from your browser.
If you also hold an account on our client portal and have signed in, your browser also keeps that session's technical data while it lasts. It belongs to your use of the portal — not to visiting this site — and is governed by the portal's own privacy information.
5. Who is involved
The site relies on a single provider, acting on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts it and serves the pages from its Paris node (European Union). As the hosting provider, it receives the connection data (technical logs) described in section 3.
Every resource on the page — images, fonts, icons — is served from our own domain: your browser makes no requests to third-party servers by visiting it.
We do not disclose your data to anyone else, nor sell it, in any case.
6. International transfers
The site is served from the European Union (Paris node). However, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., is a US company, so the processing of the technical connection logs may involve an international transfer of that data to the United States.
That transfer is safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, incorporated into the data processing agreement that forms part of our contract with the provider. You can request further information about it by writing to privacy@infonite.tech.
7. What we process it for, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Showing you the pages you request and keeping them working properly | Legitimate interest in providing and maintaining our own sites |
| Keeping the site secure and diagnosing incidents | Legitimate interest in the security of our systems |
| Attending to the messages you send us by email | Legitimate interest in attending to you and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request |
| Remembering your appearance preference | Provision of the service you yourself request by choosing it |
8. How long we keep it
- The technical connection logs are kept by our hosting provider for one day at most; we do not extract them or keep them in systems of our own.
- Your appearance preference stays in your browser until you change it or clear the site's data. We do not keep it ourselves.
- The messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to attend to them and, afterwards, for the applicable limitation periods.
9. Automated decisions and profiling
There are none. Visiting this site builds no profile about you and gives rise to no automated decision.
10. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to privacy@infonite.tech, attaching a document proving your identity. Exercising these rights is free of charge and we will answer you within one month.
Bear in mind that, since we ask you for no identifying data in order to browse, in most cases we will not be able to link the technical logs to you; if that is the case, we will explain it when we answer.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
11. Security
All communications with our site travel encrypted over HTTPS. Beyond the technical connection logs, this site collects no information about you.
If you find a vulnerability in our systems, we would appreciate you writing to security@infonite.tech.
12. Minors
This site is aimed at companies and people in a professional capacity, and is not intended for minors under 14.
13. Changes to this policy
If we modify this policy, we will publish the updated version and the date of its last update. Every version is kept in a way that makes it always possible to prove which information was in force at any given moment.
14. Languages
This policy was originally written in Spanish (es). This English (en) version is a translation of that text, published under the same version number and with the same content.
If you find any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails, as the original text. You can ask us for any clarification at privacy@infonite.tech.
